Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal and we believe that you will enjoy every one of our products. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the quality of anything you have purchased, or if you received the wrong product in error, we ask that you contact us at info@wanderingmooncrafters.com within 72 hours of receipt of the damaged product.

For hygienic reasons, our merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, so we do not accept returns. And due to the nature of our all-natural products, we cannot assure purity of merchandise during shipment. However, if our products do not meet our high-quality standards, we will gladly work with you to find a resolution.

People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not purchase the item. However, we are open to taking custom requests, to ensure you have everything you desire. If there are any doubts in regards to allergies, perform a patch test by using the product on a small portion of skin on your arm. If any irritation occurs a few hours or days later, do not use the product. Wandering Moon Crafters Guild is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient.

We have the right to cancel any order that was the result of an error, either human or computer. Because each of our products is hand-made, there will be visible differences among them. Please expect differences in our designs from time to time.
